Why We Assemble Our PCBs In-House

At Lunpid, we're not just designing FPV components, we're building gear we trust with our own flights. Reliability isn't just a feature for us, it's the foundation of everything we make.

That’s why we’ve invested in our own Pick and Place (PNP) machine and chosen to handle PCB assembly directly in our workshop. It gives us full control over how each product is built, tested, and shipped.

By keeping the manufacturing process in-house, we’re able to catch issues early, ensure consistent build quality, stay reactive, and test and tweak products in real conditions.

For us, it’s not about making things more complicated, it’s about keeping things tight, traceable, and reliable. Every ESC, FC, or receiver we ship has been through a process we understand inside and out.

Because when you’re pushing your gear to the limit, the last thing you should worry about is whether it’s going to hold up.
